We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your Earni account and associated data using the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from within the app
- Open the Earni app on your device.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Tap Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and process your request.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your profile information (display name, avatar, stars, piggy bank balance)
- Your authentication credentials
- Your uploaded photos (chore proof photos, profile photos)
- Your chore completion records
What data is retained
The following data may be retained after account deletion:
- Family chore history — retained in anonymized form so other family members' records and statistics remain consistent.
- Aggregated analytics data — non-identifiable usage statistics used to improve the app.
