We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your Mailbox account and associated data using the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from within the app
- Open the Mailbox app on your device.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Review the details, check the box to confirm you understand, then tap Delete my account and confirm.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and process your request.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (display name, role, profile photo)
- Your authentication credentials
- Driver onboarding documents you uploaded (driver's license, insurance, vehicle registration)
- Your saved locations and app preferences
What data is retained
The following data may be retained after account deletion:
- Payment and transaction records — retained for up to 7 years to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
- Past delivery records — retained so the other party to each delivery keeps an accurate history; your identifying profile information is removed.
- Anonymized reviews — retained in non-identifiable form so the other party's rating history remains consistent.
- Aggregated analytics data — non-identifiable usage statistics used to improve the app.
