We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your Market account and associated data using the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from within the app
- Open the Market app on your device.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Tap Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and process your request.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile and authentication credentials
- All your listings
- Your messages and chat history
- Your profile photos and uploaded media
- Your saved items and bookmarks
- Your ratings and reviews
- Your follower/following connections
What data is retained
The following data may be retained after account deletion:
- Payment & transaction records — retained for 7 years as required by law for tax and legal purposes.
- Aggregated analytics data — non-identifiable usage statistics used to improve the app.
