We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your Que'd account and associated data using the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from within the app
- Open the Que'd app on your device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and process your request.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your profile information (display name, profile photo)
- Your authentication credentials
- Your location data (geohash)
- Your uploaded photos (profile photos, winner selfies)
- Your payment history references
What data is retained
The following data may be retained after account deletion:
- Game records and leaderboard entries — retained in anonymized form to maintain accurate leaderboard rankings.
- Aggregated analytics data — non-identifiable usage statistics used to improve the app.
