Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Senti mobile application ("App", "Service", "Senti"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Senti. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
Account Registration
Creating an Account
- You must provide a valid email address
- You must verify your email before posting content or voting
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Vote Manipulation — you agree NOT to:
- Create multiple accounts to vote multiple times
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to cast votes
- Coordinate with others to artificially inflate or deflate scores
- Exploit the quarterly voting system
Abusive Content — you agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or violent threats
- Spam or flood the platform with repetitive content
System Abuse — you agree NOT to:
- Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or security measures
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
- Access other users' accounts without authorization
Voting System Rules
Quarterly Voting
- You may submit one verdict on each entity per quarter (3-month period)
- Once submitted, your verdict is final and locked for that quarter — it cannot be changed, edited, or withdrawn until the next quarter begins
- Votes from previous quarters are retained as part of the historical sentiment record
Vote Integrity
- Votes must reflect your genuine opinion
- Do not accept payment or incentives for specific votes
- Do not coordinate voting campaigns designed to manipulate scores
- Abnormal voting patterns may result in vote invalidation or account suspension
User-Generated Content
Content You Post
When you post voice opinions, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you:
- Retain ownership of your content
- Grant Senti a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
- Represent that you have the right to post the content
- Acknowledge that content may remain visible even after account deletion (for historical integrity)
Anonymous by Design
- All votes, verdicts, and Voice posts are anonymous — they are never displayed under your name or email address
- We retain internal records linked to your verified account for abuse prevention and to enforce these Terms
- Anonymity is not a shield: it does not exempt you from these Terms or from responsibility and liability for content you post
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these Terms
- Remove content that is illegal, harmful, or objectionable
- Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations
- Report illegal activity to authorities
Nature of Content — Opinions, Not Statements of Fact
Senti is a platform for subjective consumer opinion. Sentiment scores, votes, verdicts, and Voice posts reflect the personal opinions and individual experiences of users. They are not statements of fact and are not verified, endorsed, adopted, or authored by Senti.
- Content about companies, products, services, executives, and other public figures represents the opinions of the users who posted it — not factual claims by Senti.
- Senti acts solely as a neutral host and distributor of user-generated content. We do not author, originate, or control user content and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
- You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for any consequences of submitting it, including any claims by third parties.
- If you believe content is unlawful, defamatory, infringes your rights, or is otherwise objectionable, email nimbusadev@gmail.com. We will review reported content and may remove it at our discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
The App, including its code, design, algorithms, branding, and features, is owned by Senti and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Senti" and the Senti logo are trademarks of Senti. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Data and Privacy
Your use of Senti is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through:

Third-Party Services
We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, data storage, and analytics. Your use is subject to:
Disclaimers and Limitations
Sentiment Scores
Sentiment scores are calculated based on user votes and opinions. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of scores
- Completeness of data
- Absence of manipulation or bias
- Real-world correlation with company performance
Disclaimer: Sentiment scores are for informational purposes only. Do not rely on them for investment, purchasing, or business decisions.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
- Reliance on sentiment scores
- Consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the past 12 months (currently $0 for free users).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Senti from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your User Content
- Your use of the App
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Agreement
YOU AND SENTI AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION, NOT COURT:
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules
- You agree to arbitrate disputes individually, not as a class action
- Each party bears their own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by emailing nimbusadev@gmail.com within 30 days of first using the App.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time through account deletion.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Your account is used for abuse or harassment
- Required by law or court order
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Senti
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale
