How do I create an account?
Tap "Sign Up" and register with your email address and a strong password, or continue with Google. You'll need a verified account to post listings and message other users.
How do I post a listing?
Tap the "+" button, add clear photos, a title, description, price, and category, then publish. Creating a listing is free. Use genuine photos and accurate descriptions — misleading listings may be removed.
How do I contact a buyer or seller?
Open any listing and tap "Message" to start an in-app chat with the seller. All conversations happen inside Market so you don't need to share your phone number or personal contact details to negotiate.
Why am I only seeing listings near me?
Market shows listings based on your location and a distance filter so you can find items nearby and arrange local pickups. You can adjust the search distance in the feed filters. Listings outside your selected radius are hidden until you widen the range.
How do payments work? Are there any fees?
Posting a listing is free. When a transaction uses in-app payment, it's processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details. Payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) may apply depending on the payment method. Many users also arrange to pay in person for local pickups.
How do ratings work?
After a transaction, buyers and sellers can leave honest ratings. Ratings help build trust in the community, so please rate fairly based on your actual experience.
How do I report a listing or user?
If you see a prohibited item, a scam, or abusive behavior, use the report option on the listing or chat, or email us at nimbusadev@gmail.com. Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, stolen or counterfeit goods, and adult content — see our Terms of Service for the full list.
How do I stay safe when meeting up?
For local exchanges, meet in a public, well-lit place, bring a friend when possible, inspect items before paying, and trust your instincts. Market is not a party to transactions between users, so use the same caution you would for any in-person sale.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app under Profile › Settings › Delete Account. You can also email us at nimbusadev@gmail.com to request account deletion. See the Delete Account page for full details.
